Surprisingly Comcast "Live Chat" Doesn't Pass the Turing Test

Here is my "live" transcript with Comcast's new "Live Chat" feature that's about as helpful as ... well, a Comcast technician.

In regards to game you were trying to watch, will you let me know the phone number on the account so that I can find out what is going on? This will also help us in understanding your experiencing during chat.
